Hi, I’m Monica!

I'm a string artist based in Grand Prairie, TX. Though I have been creative my whole life, I started designing string art signs and DIY kits in 2017. I was previously an elementary school teacher, and my inspiration comes from my teaching days and my Texas roots.

My first puppy love was my beloved boxer named Jov

My first puppy love was my beloved boxer named Jovi (ode to my long-standing Bon Jovi obsession). 🐶

I watched the movie Marley and Me and instantly decided that I needed a dog.

Our Saturday runs at a local park trained me for a 5K. He learned to “play” a small vintage Schoenhut piano. He relished the trips through the bank drive-thru where he got spoiled with treats.

He was the.best.dog! 🥰

I’m am so thankful for the years that we had together. 💚
